Muse-Science Museum Trentino

Shelter D is a prehistoric archaeological site very relevant for the history of Trentino and European, 20 years of excavations to object by the MUSE, from 1991 to 2009.
The site, for wealth and good preservation of the finds, made it possible to understand the habits, activities and the relationship with the mountain territory by the men who lived in the area at the end of the Paleolithic age, approximately 13,000 years ago.

Astronomical Observatory of Asiago

To the South of the village, on the edge of the village, on the Hill of Pennar, protected by a thick pine forest, stands the Asiago base of INAF-Astronomical Observatory of Padova, which together with the branch of cima Ekar is the largest observational Centre of Optical astronomy in Italy.
The activities of the Observatory began in 1942 with the inauguration of the telescope Galileo from 122 cm in diameter then largest such tool exists in Europe and continued over the years, enriched by the new instruments.
